• Pro features available through paid licensing

License and Access

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Focus Mode Pro for your personal or internal business purposes.

Pro License

Access to Pro features requires a valid paid license. Each license:

• Is valid for a single user
• Can be activated on up to 3 devices simultaneously
• Is non-transferable and non-refundable
• Provides lifetime access to Pro features
• May be deactivated from devices to free up device slots

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, rent, or transfer your license key to others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or device limits
• Use the service to harm, threaten, or harass others

Payment and Billing

Pricing

Pro licenses are available for a one-time payment. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change for future purchases. Price changes do not affect licenses already purchased.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store your complete payment information.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant license delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or in cases of technical issues that prevent proper functionality.

If you experience technical issues, please contact support at support@focusmodepro.com before requesting a refund.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key
• All activities that occur under your license
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your license
• Keeping your email address current for important service notifications

Intellectual Property

Focus Mode Pro, including its code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Focus Mode Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of content

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected. Use of the service is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions or system failures
• Cost of substitute products or services
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Focus Mode Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service or license system
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your license will be revoked, and you must cease all use of the service. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes to Terms
